Tokyo, Japan, 29 July 2009 - S&I Co. Ltd. (Tokyo, Japan) have formed distributor agreement with CommuniGate Systems (Mill Valley, CA) whereby S&I will be selling CommuniGate Pro, the next generation "All In One" unified communication solutions in Japan. CommuniGate Pro is a real time communications system that includes VoIP, email, instant messaging, presence, groupware and more. CommuniGate Pro is a high availability solution offering tremendous scalability (from as little as 25 users up to several tens of millions users).

S&I plan to leverage CommuniGate Pro by integrating with IBM's blade server, BladeCenter, and virtualization technology so they can provide various services satisfying the needs of their customers, both large and small. Moreover using CommuniGate Pro's engine, smartphone/mobile devices for mobile workers can would make it possible to pick up calls anywhere with one number (inside or outside the office) as though one was picking up calls in the office. S&I would be able to offer all these with one solution using CommuniGate Pro reducing operating cost up to 60% and at the same time allow ease of manageability.
